Who We Are: Northern Colorado AIDS Project is a nonprofit AIDS service organization serving Larimer, Weld, Morgan, Logan, Washington, Sedgwick, Phillips and Yuma counties in the state of Colorado. Northern Colorado AIDS Project endeavors to empower persons affected by HIV and AIDS, to expand their options, and to promote their fundamental rights. To this end, NCAP educates and builds awareness of HIV/AIDS in our communities.
