| Who We Are: The AIDS Outreach Project is a program of Pacific Treatment Alternative and has been educating the population of Snohomish County since 1988. We are able to provide current HIV/AIDS and Viral Hepatitis information to any person or group within Snohomish County that requests it, by means of educational presentations or by meeting one-on-one. We also provide access to supplies that enable individuals to lower their risks of HIV and Viral Hepatits transmission through needle use and/or sexual activity. | ||
